This is a fantastic commentary (not overly technical) on Revelation.
Greg Beale is considered one of the greatest living scholars on the book of Reveltion (and a commentary referenced in the Grasping God's Word chapter on Revelation). This commentary is a "scaled back" version of his magnum opus. This is the finest commentary on the book, although note that it can be a bit technical at times.
This is one of the commentaries that was referenced in Grasping God's Word. This is a rather shorter look at the book of Revelation, with some technical language, but still lots of amazing insight into the book
This is a short background commentary on the book of Revelation. Dr. DeSilva presents (in pretty understandable language) the economic, political, and secular-religious culture of the Roman Empire in the 1st century. This is a VERY helpful book to understand the background that John was writing against
